African Americans, Homeschoolers, And Ministers

Our lead pastor Terrence Jones came to visit us in Montgomery while he had a month left of seminary.  He brought his pastor in California Pastor Anthony Kidd (white shirt).  Kevin King-Common Ground Montgomery staff, was hanging with us too!  We had a great time being in each others company. I couldn’t help but notice the similarities we all shared in common. All of us are African Americans, homeschooler’s, and involved in full time service to people. There are differences with us too. We’re all from different places…from Maryland, Georgia, California, and Alabama. We all have different family backgrounds and experiences. All in all, we all desire to follow Jesus Christ the best we can.
